It’s not what we give but how we give that

enriches us and our communities.

Because when we support others by giving our time, money and ourselves without favour in return, does this genuinely happen. When real connections are made, people feel valued which is something everyone deserves.

It’s a win-win because the sense of achievement permeates through our team, yet keeps us grounded, humble and ready for the next Foundation challenge.

“ My first memory of selfless giving was as a boy in India when I was responsible for looking after our family cattle after school – even if I didn’t realise it at the time! ”

In 2016 we set up the Reliance Foundation –  a not-for-profit entity that positively celebrates, promotes and supports local communities to strengthen connection, growth and prosperity for all.

For me, being a real estate and mortgage broking business is not enough.

We live, work and serve our local communities and to that end, I feel it is our duty to help those around us so that we all have equal opportunities and a better quality of life. That way we can reach for what we truly dream of.

The Reliance Foundation is focused on four key areas – personal development, health, family and sustainable environments.

We encourage all employees to take part in activities that include salary sacrifice and volunteering for worthwhile causes, fundraising and educational events.

Empowering, sharing and giving without favour is core to our beliefs and values. As we continue to grow, my team and I are excited to see how our contributions continue to strengthen connections and bring local communities closer together.

Do you know of a worthwhile organisation we can support? Please let me know.
